What is Library 2.0?

I think it’s about what the word "library" means today. The fact a library is no longer a quiet place where you need to keep your voice down in most areas (a sad change, in my view, but i suppose that’s progress!). And the fact a library is now a pretty hip and happening place, with tech savvy staff members (not that I’ll be one unfortunately...!) and a vast array of digital resources in addition to physical items.
